We deposit the coating onto the surface of the steel part from a solution containing the ions of the coating metal using an external power source. Our process chain can be set up in a vertically suspended position, making it suitable to electroplate larger surface products, with maximum overall dimensions of 80 mm x 300 mm x 1800 mm limited by the plating bath.

The passivation of the finished zinc coating may be yellow or blue as required by the customer.
