Powder paint is applied to the steel surface, clean to metal, with the use of an electrostatic spray gun. As a result of voltage difference between the coating powder and metal body, the metal part will attract plastic-based powder substance, which will then adhere to the surface and will subsequently be cured at a temperature of 180 to 200 oC.

Our process chain is suitable to powder coat objects of max. dimensions of 4 m x 1.3 m x 1.7 m.

The colour of the products is set to the customer‘s specifications, on the RAL colour chart.
