Hot-dip zinc plating = Perfect surface protection
This modern and up-to-date process to permanently protect steel against corrosion is gaining popularity these days.
Degreased products are stained in hydrochloric acid, clean pickled and de-rusted, cured in a “fluxing agent” solution, and the product thus prepared, clean to metal, are immersed in molten zinc. The process will give an iron-zinc alloy layer with a usual thickness between 50 and 150 microns.
Galvanizing facility parameters:
Steel hot-dip galvanizing kettle: 4000 x 1200 x 2300 mm
Ceramic hot-dip galvanizing kettle: 2600 x 900 x 1200 mm
Our zinc plating capacity is 8,000 tonnes/year.
The quality of our hot-dip zinc plated products complies with the requirements of MSZ EN ISO 1461 standard.
Upon request we can undertake the hot dip galvanizing of the products according to DAST 022
